Meet Dr. Clark, Licensed Psychologist

Hi, I’m Daniel clark

Life throws curveballs sometimes. I get it.

Look, I know you have options when it comes to finding someone to help you address whatever brought you here. You want to find a professional with the knowledge and skills to help you on your road, but you also want someone you can connect with.

I’m a licensed psychologist and have been working in the field of psychology for over ten years. Helping people make sense of life’s challenges is my passion. I take pride in getting to know my patients on a personal level and creating an open, comfortable environment. My goal is to help you understand yourself more clearly and start living the life you want.

I use proven, evidence-based therapies like CBT and ACT to help you overcome obstacles, grow as an individual, and feel empowered from within. Mental health is a trip - and I’m here to walk beside you through it all. My patients’ wellbeing means everything to me. I won’t give up easily because I genuinely care about your happiness.

If you’re looking for a psycholoigst who combines professional expertise with genuine compassion, let’s chat! I’d love to learn more about your story and honored to be a part of it. My door is always open - together, we’ll find the keys to helping you thrive. This is just the first step towards feeling at home in your own mind. You’ve got this!

My Therapy Approach

Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.
— Attr. Lori Gottlieb

My approach thoughtfully integrates scientific knowledge, evidence-based clinical techniques, and humanistic wisdom to offer you a truly personalized therapy experience. By drawing on the best of what both research and compassion have to offer, I can tailor my methodology to meet your unique needs and goals for a nuanced, holistic journey of growth and healing.

mindfulness & acceptance

During our work together, I hope to help you better understand your thoughts and feelings with curiosity and compassion rather than over-identifying with them. We’ll create distance from unhelpful thoughts and feelings so they have less control over your life.

Living a valued life

By cultivating a mindful presence and clarity around your core values, you can take committed action to move your life in a direction true to who you really are. Staying grounded in the here and now, connected to what matters most, and taking values-based steps forward can provide genuine relief from distress and open up new possibilities.
